With Toyo extending UBCSCC a 40% discount on the Canadian list price and offering local pickup, it is almost guaranteed that it will work out to be cheaper than ordering out of the US particularly when considering shipping, exchange rate, and duties associated with tires not produced in the USA.

This is actually not the case, as outlined in the Team Toyo program, they must be picked up from a dealer on the website. It doesnt matter which one.

Sorry bout this, I meant from OK Tire in Richmond.
You have to select the dealer from which to get them from.
There's one on Minrou Blvd in Richmond.

Yes it is. Just go to the Toyo link and submit your CACC barcode and indicate you are a ubcscc member.
