Car classing for a friends Mustangs

Hi everyone hope you all are doing well

A couple of my friends are looking to come out next race and I was hoping to get some help with their cars and classing

1) twin 2013 boss 302 to my car but it’s got lowering springs, Watts link, cold air intake and exhaust - what class?
2) 2015 mustang gt, after market air intake and intake, coil overs, sway bars, tune

Sounds like you and your friends would all fit the same class...STP (Street Touring Pony).

A bit of ambiguity since Mustang GT, V6, & EcoBoost
(2.3T) (2015-17) is listed under STU and STP.

I'd go with STP. After all, they are all pony cars.

Thanks for the reply, my car is all stock and so I've been running FS as my car is listed right under the list of cars, I just wasn't sure on my buddy's cars as they are modified... I think its Street Modified for them both but I'll ask around a bit the day of the event

#1 is ESP (because of the Watts Link, otherwise STP).

#2 is STP.

But isn't your car the one featured in the blog? The blog about how you got a tuner and plugged it in and loaded a tune. A tune which, to paraphrase the blog, 'Did many things' and 'Added many horsepowers'.

And to directly quote the blog,
'Tom has had the car on the autocross course a couple times now and he’s excited to see how it feels with the new (factory warranty intact) tune.'

So your car is tuned, not stock. STP not FS.
